When Kerry and Stewart asked me to photograph their wedding I was so pleased as they seemed like such a nice down to earth couple. Then a month before the wedding Kerry asked me to come on down to the lighthouse where they would like some photos taking... wedding photos at a lighthouse? How quirky is that I though... and right up my street.
Well the day went without a hitch the sun came out to play and made for some super bright airy photos. We even made it out again after the reception so we could take in some of the views across from Northfields Park. A perfect summer wedding!

Here is a sneak peek from the wedding of Leanne and Mike at the wonderful St James Church in Sutton. We missed the showers and headed out into the bright sunny June afternoon to get some wonderful photos in the walled gardens on St James Church in Sutton before heading over to the Gardeners arms on Cottingham Road for sweet treats and celebrations.

Last week I was asked to photograph in my dream location.. the most perfect English Country Garden. I was hired by John & Jo as a lifestyle photographer not a wedding photographer so we had less formal images and more natural groups. The afternoon was wonderful, warm but not to hot, soft light, a perfect day for drinks and canapés in the garden with friends and family. I had a really wonderful time and it was an honour to share in this special day.
