Roxanne and Alan's Wedding in Austria

So September has turned out to be a busy month for me indeed. I have had the chance to photograph two of the most interesting weddings the first was an Islamic wedding over in Grimsby and the second was for two of my best friends Roxy and Al in Austria. The wedding was small intimate and well I have to say perfect. It was so them through and through and to be honest one of the most loving weddings I have ever been to. Sometimes you get the opportunity to witness true love between two people and this was one of those perfect days.
For this wedding I was not working but was given the chance to sit back, relax and enjoy the day for a change as I was asked to be a bridesmaid. Although me being the passionate photographer I am and also having the chance to get a few snaps of my best friends wedding in the mountains was not an opportunity I was going to miss out on. Our Trip to Edinburgh

Hello and welcome to September.. last week I was up in Edinburgh for the festival. There was lots going on comedy shows, musicals, street performers and much much more. Although I wasn't able to photograph any of the wonderful shows we went to see I did get a few snaps while we were out and about.
While in Edinburgh we also took the opportunity to catch up with some friends of our who come from Glasgow and we spend the afternoon with them and there wonderful little girl Heather. She is a real character and had lots of fun playing on the green.

Where did the sunshine go?

Where has summer gone? We have been to lucky with the sunshine and then today I wake up to rain... So over the past couple of weeks I have a few weddings at the village hotel in Hessle. So for these weddings we have been going down to the Hessle Foreshore to get some wonderful couples shots.
The first wedding I did was for Suzanne and Danny they had a wonderful day and the bride looked beautiful in pink. Here are some of my favourites from both the hotel and Hessle foreshore.
Then on the 6th I was lucky enough to be invited to photograph at the Village Hotel again this time for Katie and Nicky. We had the full day together starting from prep at the brides home right through to the first dance.
